When and where the vicious eavesdropping have begun?

In 1991 we moved into an apartment that we bought, soon we found something strange happened.There was weird sounds caused by unknown people upstairs every night. It sounded like chairs had been pulling about,it followed us wherever we stepped, bedroom, bathroom or living room....

We knew afterwards the upstairs was an empty house that unoccupied .

We didn't know what was the matter then,until 1995 we were aware that we were being eavesdropped.
