🔴These inexplicable things happened during 1995~1996 when we lived in the Wu Xing Street,Taipei, a rented apartment. Many years have passed, it remains puzzles to us why it came about.
In 1996,we called police and went to police office many times, because of the suspicious man who lived next-door to us.That unknown guy looked like a gangster,not a person in ordinary.We were on alert since the day he appeared.
The former residents next-door were a couple of young people, in 1995 they moved into this building one month before us.The elegant girl told us that they were going to get married ,the furniture and decorations were prepared for their new life.But we were very surprised at that they moved out in a hurry a month later.They hasten away, did not shed any light upon our inquiry,and more confusingly, there was a fearful look on the girl's face.
Not long afterwards,the strang man replaced the couple as an occupant of the next door house.
And then,the people living in another apartment moved out too.As the case with our next-door neighbors, there were two sneaky men moved in as the substitutes.
The three men were the accomplices.
Soon the mysterious clouds hung over us.These unusual things meant some wicked schemes had been brewed, and terrible crimes were being carried out.

In general, wicked fellows would stop wrong doings if their victims have moved out of the place where they lived.But wherever we go,the gangs follow us,reside in the same place as our neighbors, continuously persecute us with vile means, never stop.
